Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before downloading, installing, or using the WiFi Password and Speed Test (also referred to as Wi-Fi Master & Speed Test) mobile application ("App") operated by GameSoftGames ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.

1. Description of Service & Authorized Use Only

The App is a network diagnostics, speed benchmarking, and Wi-Fi utility suite designed for legitimate network administration and personal security awareness. Features include internet speed and bufferbloat testing, ping/DNS benchmarking, signal and channel analysis, local LAN device discovery, Wake-on-LAN (WoL), password generation, local Wi-Fi credential storage (Vault), QR code tools, router default credential lookup, public Wi-Fi hotspot mapping, and hidden camera / security audit aids.

            Authorized Network Use Only: You agree to use the App's scanning, auditing, Wake-on-LAN, and diagnostic tools only on networks, routers, and devices that you own or have explicit permission to inspect and administer. You must not use the App for any unauthorized network intrusion, port exploitation, surveillance, or unlawful activity.
        

2. Important Technical Disclaimers

A. No Wi-Fi Hacking or Password Cracking

The App does not hack, crack, brute-force, or recover private Wi-Fi passwords of third-party networks. The "Key Generator" creates new high-entropy random passwords for securing your own router, and the "Router Logins" database provides publicly available factory-default admin credentials published by hardware manufacturers to help owners configure their own routers.

B. Spy Camera Detector, Optical Lens Finder & Security Audit Disclaimer

Probabilistic Diagnostic Aid Only: The Spy Camera Detector, Optical Lens Finder, Rogue AP Detector, and Security Audit features are provided strictly as supplementary informational and diagnostic aids. Hidden surveillance devices may operate offline, on separate networks, on non-standard frequencies, or without optical reflections. We do not warrant or guarantee that the App will detect every hidden camera, recording device, rogue access point, or network vulnerability. You assume full responsibility for your personal safety and physical inspection of any premises.

C. Free Wi-Fi Map & Speed Test Accuracy

Public Wi-Fi hotspot locations are sourced from community-contributed data (including OpenStreetMap). We do not guarantee the availability, connectivity, speed, or security of any public Wi-Fi hotspot shown on the map. We recommend using caution (and avoiding sensitive banking or personal transactions) when connecting to open public Wi-Fi networks.

3. In-App Purchases, Pro Upgrades & Refunds

One-Time Pro Upgrades: The App offers optional non-consumable In-App Purchases (including Remove Ads, Unlock Pro Tools, and the All-In-One Pro Bundle) processed through the Apple App Store (StoreKit).
Rewarded Ad Access: Free-tier users may optionally unlock individual sessions of certain Pro tools by viewing a rewarded video advertisement.
Restoring Purchases: Non-consumable lifetime upgrades linked to your Apple ID can be restored on compatible iOS devices using the "Restore Purchases" button on the Paywall or in Settings.
Billing & Refunds: All payments are charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. Because Apple processes all transactions directly, GameSoftGames cannot issue direct refunds. Any refund requests must be submitted to Apple Support via reportaproblem.apple.com in accordance with Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The App, including its original source code, user interface design, graphics, icons, animations, and proprietary compilations, is the exclusive property of GameSoftGames and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on an Apple-branded device that you own or control, subject to the Apple App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA).

5. Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS IS")

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE APP AND ALL DIAGNOSTIC RESULTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GAMESOFTGAMES, ITS DEVELOPERS, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PRIVACY, PROFITS, OR NETWORK CONNECTIVITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

7. Apple App Store Additional Terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree that:

These Terms are concluded between you and GameSoftGames only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). GameSoftGames, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content.
Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.
Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
