Receipt Wallet
Effective: August 25, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Receipt Wallet (the "App"), published by GameSoftGames. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
The App lets you scan or import receipts and invoices, automatically extract their details using AI, track and export your expenses, and generate invoices to send to your own clients.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own personal or business use, subject to these Terms and the usage rules of the App Store or Google Play through which you downloaded it.
The App offers an optional Pro subscription that removes the free-tier monthly scan limit.
All purchases are billed and processed entirely by Apple or Google, not by us directly. Refunds, billing disputes, and payment method changes are handled through your Apple ID or Google Play account, subject to their respective policies — we do not have the ability to issue refunds ourselves.
The free tier includes a limited number of scans per calendar month. This limit is enforced by our server and may change over time; the current limit is shown in the App.
You retain full ownership of the receipts, invoices, client information, and other data you scan, enter, or generate using the App. We do not claim any rights to it, and — as explained in our Privacy Policy — we don't keep a copy of it ourselves.
You agree not to:
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App, or its AI extraction feature, will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GameSoftGames will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill (including loss of locally-stored expense or invoice records), arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the App will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months before the claim arose.
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by updating the "Effective" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App, and delete it, at any time.
