This policy covers the website gamesoftgames.com. Each of our apps has its own privacy policy, linked from the app’s page and from inside the app.

Who we are

GamesoftGames, Olot, Girona, Spain. You can reach us through the contact form.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address, subject and message. We use them only to read and answer your message.
• Server logs: like every web server, ours briefly records technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use this only for security and to keep the site running.

The public website does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies.

Legal basis

We process contact-form data because you asked us to answer you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). We process server logs for our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure (Art. 6(1)(f)).

How long we keep it

Messages are kept while we deal with your request and are deleted afterwards, at the latest 24 months after your last message. Server logs are rotated automatically.

Where the data is stored

On our own server, hosted in the European Union. We do not sell or share your data. We don’t send it to third parties, except where the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to us through the contact form. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority (aepd.es).
