1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

By downloading or using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age required in your country of residence to consent to software terms) and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the Service.

2. Limited License & Intellectual Property

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, GamesoftGames grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, personal license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on mobile devices that you own or control.

Restrictions: You agree not to:

• Decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App or its underlying API protocols;
• Copy, modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works of the Software;
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights notices affixed to or contained within the App;
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit the App or its backend APIs without our express written consent.

All trademarks, service marks, logos, user interface designs, and intellectual property rights embodied in the App are and shall remain the exclusive property of GamesoftGames and its licensors.

3. Acceptable Use & Anti-Hacking Disclaimer

You explicitly agree and acknowledge that:

• No Unauthorized Access: The App does NOT facilitate unauthorized access to, hacking of, or cracking of private encrypted wireless networks. You agree to use the App solely to connect to networks you own, networks for which you have received express permission to access, or publicly provided unencrypted hotspots intended for public access.
• Diagnostic Nature of Passwords: Any passwords, PINs, or passphrases suggested by the AI password tool or offline router database are intended for security strength testing, factory default recovery on devices you own, or creating stronger passwords. Using any tool to attempt unauthorized entry into third-party computer systems is strictly illegal under computer fraud and cybercrime laws worldwide (including the US Computer Fraud and Abuse Act and EU cybercrime directives).
• Lawful Conduct: You agree not to use the App or any network tools (such as port scanners, LAN discovery, or ping probes) to perform denial-of-service attacks, port flooding, unauthorized vulnerability scanning, or disruption of any computer system or network infrastructure.

4. Community Hotspots & User Submissions

The App displays public Wi-Fi hotspots obtained via OpenStreetMap and community submissions. If you submit or share hotspot information through the App:

• You represent that the hotspot is a genuine public or customer-accessible network intended for general public connectivity.
• You agree never to submit, upload, or broadcast private personal passwords, home Wi-Fi credentials, or confidential business network credentials.
• You grant GamesoftGames a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, display, modify, and distribute the geographic coordinates and public hotspot metadata for the benefit of the community.

5. In-App Purchases, Billing & Subscriptions

The App offers free features supported by mobile advertising, as well as premium subscription options ("WiFi Connect Pro") offering ad-free usage and unrestricted diagnostic tools.

• Subscription Plans: Available as auto-renewable monthly (com.gamesoft.connect.monthly.subsription) or yearly (com.gamesoftgames.connect.yearly.sub) plans as displayed in the App at checkout.
• Billing Processing: Payment is charged to your Google Play Account (Android) or Apple ID Account (iOS) at confirmation of purchase.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated in advance via the respective app store in accordance with Google and Apple platform policies.

6. Auto-Renewal, Cancellation & Refunds

How to Cancel Your Subscription:

• On Android: Open the Google Play Store app > Tap your Profile icon > Select Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions > Select WiFi Connect & Password > Tap Cancel Subscription.
• On iOS: Open iPhone Settings > Tap your Apple ID / Name at the top > Select Subscriptions > Select WiFi Connect & Password > Tap Cancel Subscription.

Refund Policy: All billing, transactions, and refund requests are governed strictly by the policies of Google Play or Apple App Store. GamesoftGames does not directly hold your payment details or process refunds. To request a refund, please follow the standard refund request workflow through Google Play or Apple Support.

7. Third-Party Services & Network Carriers

• Carrier Data Charges: Certain tools (including network speed tests and downloading hotspot maps) consume mobile data if Wi-Fi is disconnected. You are solely responsible for any data usage, overage fees, or roaming charges incurred through your wireless carrier.
• Third-Party Links & Maps: The App may contain map links, external websites, or third-party SDKs (such as Google AdMob or OpenStreetMap). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, uptime, or privacy practices of external third-party services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, THE APP AND ALL SERVICES, TOOLS, MAPS, AND INFORMATION ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.

GAMESOFTGAMES SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or malicious components;
• Public Wi-Fi hotspots displayed on the map are operational, safe, secure, or available at any specific time or location;
• Speed test measurements reflect absolute laboratory speeds or sustained carrier throughput;
• AI Assistant responses or password suggestions are completely error-free or legally suitable for any particular security audit.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GAMESOFTGAMES, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, DEVICE MALFUNCTION, NETWORK INTERRUPTION, OR SECURITY BREACHES EXPERIENCED ON PUBLIC WI-FI) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO GAMESOFTGAMES FOR PREMIUM IN-APP PURCHASES IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM; OR (B) TEN UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($10.00 USD).

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GamesoftGames, its officers, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use or misuse of the App; (b) any violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including network privacy or intellectual property; or (d) any unauthorized access to computer systems or networks attempted by you using the Software.

11. Termination & Suspension

These Terms remain effective until terminated by either you or GamesoftGames. You may terminate these Terms at any time by ceasing all use of the App and deleting it from your devices. We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict your access to the App or its backend APIs immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to our servers, infrastructure, or other users.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your country or state of residence, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the competent courts having jurisdiction over the publisher's registered business location.
