By downloading, installing, or using the Simple Pdf-reader mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and GamesoftGames ("we," "us," or "our").
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on a device that you own or control, subject to these Terms.
The App provides features such as viewing, signing, splitting, and converting PDF files (the "Services"). All files, signatures, and data you create, modify, or use within the App are stored **locally on your device only**.
We do not have access to, nor do we collect, store, or share any of your personal files. Your data is yours.
IMPORTANT: File Deletion is Permanent
The App allows you to delete files from your device. You acknowledge and agree that **this action is permanent and irreversible**.
We have no ability to recover any file you delete. You are solely responsible for managing and backing up your files. We shall have no liability for any loss, damage, or corruption of your data or files.
The App is provided free of charge and is supported by advertisements from Google AdMob. By using the App, you consent to the display of these advertisements. These third-party services may collect data as described in our Privacy Policy.
The App may offer optional in-app purchases or subscriptions to unlock premium features or remove advertisements. All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and are subject to their respective terms and conditions.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App (excluding your personal files) are and will remain the exclusive property of GamesoftGames. The App is protected by copyright and other laws.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without any warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements, be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GamesoftGames shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
