01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "You") and GameSoft Games ("we", "us", or "our"), regarding your use of the mobile application Flick Soccer 2026 (the "Game") and all related services, features, content, and multiplayer networks.

Please read these Terms carefully before downloading or launching the Game. By accessing or playing Flick Soccer 2026, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately uninstall and cease all use of the Game.

02 Limited License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, GameSoft Games grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to download, install, and execute a single copy of Flick Soccer 2026 on a compatible mobile device for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You agree that you will not:

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive the source code of the Game or any related software.
• Distribute, rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Game or any game assets.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights notices incorporated in the Game.
• Use the Game to create software or tools that compete directly or indirectly with Flick Soccer 2026.

03 Fair Play & Code of Conduct

Flick Soccer 2026 thrives on honest competition, sportsmanship, and mutual respect among players. You agree to uphold our Fair Play Standards:

• No Cheating or Hacking: You may not use cheats, automated bots, mods, hacks, trainers, memory editors, speed hacks, or unauthorized third-party software that alters game physics, player stamina, speed, score, or match outcome.
• No Network Manipulation: You may not deliberately manipulate network connections (lag switches, artificial packet drops, denial-of-service attempts) to gain unfair advantage during online 1v1 matches.
• No Exploit Abuse: If you discover a glitch, collision clipping bug, or economy loophole, you agree to report it to support@gamesoftgames.com rather than exploiting it for competitive advantage.
• Respectful Nicknames: Custom player nicknames must not contain hate speech, profanity, harassment, defamation, impersonation of staff, or sexually explicit language.

04 Virtual Items & Virtual Currency

The Game features in-game virtual currencies ("Coins") and virtual abilities ("Superpowers" including Cannon Strike, Lightning Dash, and Force Field), as well as a "No Ads" upgrade.

License Only: Regardless of whether you earn virtual items through gameplay victories, rewarded video ads, or purchase them with fiat currency via the store, virtual goods represent a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and fully revocable license to access digital features within the Game. Virtual items do not constitute personal property.

No Cash Value: Virtual items and coins have zero cash value outside of Flick Soccer 2026. They cannot be sold, bartered, gifted, or exchanged for real-world currency, tangible goods, or legal tender under any circumstances.

05 In-App Purchases & Billing

All financial transactions in Flick Soccer 2026 (such as coin packs and the permanent "No Ads" upgrade) are processed exclusively by authorized app store platforms:

• iOS Devices: Processed through the Apple App Store and governed by Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions.
• Android Devices: Processed through the Google Play Store and governed by Google Play Terms of Service.

Refunds: Because all transactions are managed directly by Apple or Google, GameSoft Games cannot directly initiate billing refunds or view payment details. Any refund requests must be submitted directly through Apple's reportaproblem.apple.com portal or Google Play's customer support.

"No Ads" Upgrade: Purchasing the "No Ads" product permanently removes banner and forced interstitial advertisements from your gameplay experience. You can restore this purchase at any time on the same platform account using standard in-game or system store restore mechanisms.

06 Online Multiplayer & Server Availability

Flick Soccer 2026 provides online real-time 1v1 multiplayer matchmaking. While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime and low-latency matchmaking, you acknowledge that:

• Multiplayer performance depends heavily on your local Wi-Fi, cellular connectivity, and internet route latency. GameSoft Games is not responsible for disconnections, match forfeit losses, or lag caused by unstable user connections.
• We may periodically perform scheduled server maintenance, security patches, or matchmaking upgrades, which may temporarily render online 1v1 features unavailable. Single-player matches against AI bots remain fully playable offline.
• We reserve the right to modify or adjust matchmaking algorithms, ranking Elo calculations, and match rule parameters to maintain fair competitive balance.

07 Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, titles, and interests in and to Flick Soccer 2026—including but not limited to game code, character sprites, soccer pitch artwork, animations, visual effects, musical scores, sound effects, user interfaces, branding, logos, and promotional assets—are the exclusive intellectual property of GameSoft Games and its licensors.

The game title "Flick Soccer 2026", GameSoft Games trademarks, and associated logos may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior express written authorization from GameSoft Games.

08 Third-Party Advertising & Links

Flick Soccer 2026 displays third-party advertisements served via Google AdMob. These advertisements may include links to third-party websites, apps, or commercial offers.

GameSoft Games does not endorse, control, or assume liability for the content, privacy practices, accuracy, or products offered by external third-party advertisers. Your interaction with any third-party advertisement is solely between you and the respective advertiser.

09 Disclaimers of Warranties

10 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GAMESOFT GAMES, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, DEVICE DAMAGE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE FLICK SOCCER 2026.

IN JURISDICTIONS WHERE THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES IS RESTRICTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW OR THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO GAMESOFT GAMES THROUGH IN-APP PURCHASES IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11 Termination of Service

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either you or GameSoft Games:

• By You: You may terminate these Terms at any time by permanently uninstalling the Game from all your devices.
• By Us: We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your license to access the Game or its multiplayer services, without prior notice or liability, if you violate any provision of these Terms or engage in fraudulent, harmful, or illegal conduct.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to your play of Flick Soccer 2026 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you and GameSoft Games agree to attempt to resolve any dispute, controversy, or claim informally by contacting our customer support team at support@gamesoftgames.com.
