These terms govern your use of BrainSpark, a brain-training game published by Gamesoft. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use BrainSpark on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the app or its content.
A number of levels across BrainSpark's journey are free to play, with occasional ads. Beyond that, continuing requires a single, one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that permanently unlocks every level and removes ads on that Apple ID / Google account — there is no subscription and no recurring charge.
BrainSpark is entertainment and casual cognitive training — not a medical device, diagnostic tool, or treatment. It is not designed to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and your in-app rating is not a clinical or scientific measurement of intelligence or cognitive health. If you have concerns about memory, attention, or cognitive function, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
All questions, puzzles, artwork, characters, and other content in BrainSpark are owned by Gamesoft or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your license to use the app does not transfer ownership of any of this content to you.
Free-tier gameplay includes ads served through Google AdMob. Your use of the app constitutes acceptance of Google's terms for those services in addition to these terms. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads shown through the app.
BrainSpark doesn't use accounts, so there's nothing for us to suspend or delete on our end. Your progress lives on your device; uninstalling the app removes it. We reserve the right to restrict a device's access to the app in cases of abuse (for example, attempts to bypass the purchase mechanism), to the extent technically possible.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gamesoft is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the revised terms.
