Welcome to our Wi-Fi management mobile application ("the App"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the App and its services. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the App.

1. App Services & Permissions

The App provides services including, but not limited to, scanning for nearby Wi-Fi networks, displaying network details, generating and scanning Wi-Fi QR codes, and performing speed tests. To provide these services, the App requires certain permissions from your device:

• Location Permission: Required to scan for nearby Wi-Fi networks and obtain your device's current location to determine network proximity.
• Camera Permission: Required to enable the functionality of scanning Wi-Fi QR codes.
• Wi-Fi State Permissions: Required to enable/disable Wi-Fi and access network information.

2. User Conduct & Content

You agree to use the App responsibly and not to use it for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes. You acknowledge that any data you contribute to the App, such as details of open Wi-Fi networks (on Android), will be made available to other users to improve the App's service.

3. Data Collection and Usage

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Open Wi-Fi Networks (Android Only): On Android, the App automatically collects and posts non-personal information about open Wi-Fi networks to our server, including the network's SSID, BSSID, and location.
• Third-Party Advertising: The App contains advertisements delivered via AdMob. To support these ads, third-party services collect your device's advertising ID to deliver personalized ads.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of any Wi-Fi network information, speed test results, or other data provided by the App. You acknowledge that network data, including security status, may change at any time.

We will not be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit) resulting from the use or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. You use the App at your own risk.

5. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
