- Fair Play & Anti-Cheat: Preventing cheating, unauthorized memory modification, and game tampering during ranked and online multiplayer matches.

05 Online Multiplayer Infrastructure
When you enter an Online 1v1 match, Tank Duel establishes an encrypted WebSocket connection with our multiplayer relay server (flutizer.com:61035).
During the match, your device streams low-latency input coordinates (tank movement coordinates, aim angles, weapon selection, and shot impact events). This data is ephemeral: it is relayed immediately between the two connected players to keep the tank artillery simulation synchronized and is deleted from memory as soon as the session concludes. No chat messages, personal profiles, or audio streams are recorded or stored on our servers.
06 Advertising & In-App Purchases
Advertising
To keep Tank Duel free to play, we display banner and interstitial advertisements via Google AdMob, alongside optional rewarded video ads that players can choose to watch in exchange for in-game coins.
On iOS 14.5+ devices, we adhere to Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. We only request tracking permission if required by platform standards, and you may grant or deny tracking at any time without losing access to core gameplay.
In-App Purchases (IAP) & "No Ads"
Players may purchase virtual currency (Coins) or the permanent "No Ads" upgrade. When "No Ads" is purchased:
- All banner and forced interstitial ads are permanently removed.
- Rewarded video ads remain optional so you may still double match rewards if you choose.
- Your purchase receipt is validated directly through Apple StoreKit or Google Play Billing and saved locally.
07 Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K)
Tank Duel is designed for general audiences and arcade tank combat enthusiasts of all ages. We comply with the United States Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR-K):
- We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or maintain personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain European jurisdictions).
- AdMob ad requests are configured to respect COPPA guidelines, serving age-appropriate, non-targeted advertisements where applicable.
- If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at support@gamesoftgames.com, and we will promptly purge any such data.
08 Data Storage, Retention & Security
Local Storage: Your game progression, statistics, avatar customization, and settings are saved on your physical device using encrypted application preferences. If you uninstall the app or clear application storage, this data may be permanently removed.
Data Security: We enforce modern security protocols, including Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.2 / 1.3) for all outgoing network communication (multiplayer server coordination, ad delivery, and store verification).
