Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Sweep, an app developed by Games Oft Games ("we," "us"). By downloading or using Sweep, you agree to these Terms.

Using Sweep

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Sweep on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Your content stays yours

Sweep never claims ownership of your photos, videos, contacts, or documents. Everything Sweep works with stays on your device — see our Privacy Policy for details.

Deletions are final

Sweep helps you review and delete duplicate or unwanted photos, videos, contacts, and files. You are responsible for reviewing what's selected before confirming a deletion or merge — once confirmed, Sweep cannot undo it. (Your device's own photo library may keep recently deleted photos in a "Recently Deleted" album for a limited time under Apple's or Google's own recovery window — that's a feature of your device's photo app, not Sweep, and isn't guaranteed.)

Subscriptions

• Sweep offers optional monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions ("Sweep Pro"), billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Where offered, a free trial converts automatically into a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings — Sweep cannot cancel a subscription on your behalf.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own refund policies, not by us directly.

Free tier limits

Sweep's free tier includes a daily limit on cleanup actions (deleting, compressing, and merging items). This limit exists so Sweep can offer a genuinely usable free experience without ads — Sweep Pro removes it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app beyond what's permitted by applicable law;
• Use Sweep for any unlawful purpose;
• Attempt to circumvent Sweep's subscription or free-tier limits through unauthorized means.

No warranty

Sweep is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will correctly identify every duplicate or every file worth compressing. You use Sweep's suggestions at your own judgment — that's why nothing is deleted without your confirmation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Games Oft Games is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Sweep, including loss of photos, videos, contacts, or other data. Our total liability for any claim relating to Sweep is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, if any.

Termination

You may stop using Sweep at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or discontinue Sweep, in whole or in part, at our discretion — active subscriptions remain governed by Apple's or Google's own terms regardless.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Sweep after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
