1. Accounts

2. Subscriptions
Some parts of the App are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually), depending on the type of Subscription plan you select when purchasing.
All subscriptions are managed and processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You must manage your subscription, including cancellations, directly with the respective app store.
3. User-Generated Content
Our App allows you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, including your diet preferences, progress data, and chat history ("User Content"). You are responsible for the User Content that you post on or through the App, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
By posting User Content, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such User Content on and through the App for the purpose of providing and improving the service. You retain any and all of your rights to any User Content you submit.
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the App:
- In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
- For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way.
- To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
5. Medical Disclaimer
The Diet AI - Calories Counter App provides diet and nutrition information generated by an artificial intelligence model. This information is intended for educational and informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The AI can be wrong at times. If you feel unwell or have any health concerns while following a diet plan generated by the App, you should consult with a qualified doctor, nutritionist, or other healthcare provider. We are not a licensed medical care provider and have no expertise in diagnosing, examining, or treating medical conditions of any kind.
6. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of GamesoftGames and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the [Your Country] and foreign countries.
7. Limitation Of Liability
In no event shall GamesoftGames, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
If you wish to terminate your account, you can do so by using the "Delete Account" feature within the App's settings.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms & Conditions within the App. By continuing to access or use our App after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
